Spatzle
300g Flour
Nutmeg, grated to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
3 Free range eggs
120ml Water
Sieve flour. Add salt, pepper & nutmeg. Mix water with eggs and add. Leave for 15 minutes or longer. Use with Spatzle Profi, follow instructions.
Serve with Goulash.
