Tuesday, April 6th

Made meze this weekend. Will type recipes this week. Read The Three Only Things by Robert Moss. Still on the oracular.

Spatzle

300g Flour
Nutmeg, grated to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
3 Free range eggs
120ml Water

Sieve flour. Add salt, pepper & nutmeg. Mix water with eggs and add. Leave for 15 minutes or longer. Use with Spatzle Profi, follow instructions.

Serve with Goulash.
