Wednesday, May 5th

Granadilla Cream

250ml Fruit flavoured syrup (make your own by boiling water and sugar with citrus peel)
120ml Lemon juice
120ml Granadilla pulp
100ml Maizena
Heat together for 15 minutes.

750ml Cream
Add to other ingredients. Pour into glass bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours before use.
