Olive Paste (vegan)

800g Pitted olives
50g Salted lemon
60 Coriander leaves or other fresh herb
50ml Lemon juice
40g Garlic
150ml Olive oil
Puree together until smooth. You will have 1.1kg of paste. If not using immediately, store in glass bottle in refrigerator with layer of oil on top.
