Salad for wraps

400g Can Italian tomatoes
5ml Lemon salt
5ml Honey
30ml White balsamic
125g Leeks, cooked
350g Courgettes, cooked
350g Green beans, cooked
50g Feta, crumbled
Freshly ground cumin
Mix together and leave to stand for an hour or more before use.
