A use for forgotten cake, it is delicious.
Not Trifle
50g Butter
200g Dark chocolate, melt with butter
100g Preserved ginger, chopped
200g Mascarpone
200g Cake, crumbed
50g Cocoa
30g Nuts, finely chopped
Mix well, pour into dish lined with cling wrap. Cover & refrigerate.
