Corn Bread

1.2kg Corn, cut from the cob
200g Butter, melt all
300ml Flour
20ml Baking Powder
10ml Salt
Mix all, blend or puree. Pour into oiled loaf Pyrex, bake in bain marie for an hour at 180C.
