Read two great books; Revolutionaries of the Cosmos- The Astro-Physicists by IS Glass & The Animal Dialogues by Craig Childs.

Fruit Dip
Lots!

Handful fresh mint leaves
750g Creme Fraiche
200g Honey
Blend till smooth. Put in bowl, in centre of tray full of fruit slices.
