Busy long weekend, no reading to speak of. Cooked nothing good enough to share.
Recipe for delicious hot chocolate in lieu of dessert. Fills 4 espresso cups.
Hot Chocolate
100g Dark chocolate
250ml Cream
2ml Cinnamon
2ml Mixed spice
1ml Cardomom
1ml Chilli
Put everything in small pot on high heat, whisking all the while. Do not allow to boil.
