Coleslaw
500g Cabbage, finely shredded, place in fridge in cold, salted water for an hour, dry well
300g Paprikas, finely shredded
200g Chunky cottage cheese
30g Herbs, finely shredded (chives, rocket, parsley)
10ml Lemon salt
20ml Fresh lemon or lime juice
Mix together.
